Strong expertise in Python-based backend development, Neo4j graph databases, and Elasticsearch is essential, along with experience in distributed and cloud-native systems.

This position requires strong technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and close collaboration with Product, Data, and Engineering teams in a high-reliability, security-conscious environment.

successful execution of projects in AI, Data Analytics, and Information Security. Your ability to lead cross
functional teams, handle high-pressure situations, and ensure mission-critical delivery will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead, mentor, and grow a talented engineering team.
Manage team performance and conduct quarterly appraisals.
Handle resource planning and hiring initiatives.
Agile & Delivery Management:
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Plan and manage sprints and releases.
Monitor team velocity and sprint metrics.
Ensure timely delivery of features and adherence to roadmap commitments.
Allocate tasks and manage workload balance.
Hands-On Technical Oversight:
Be hands-on in relevant technologies and assist in firefighting when required.
Enforce coding standards and development best practices.
Oversee code reviews to maintain high technical quality.
Collaboration & Communication:
Coordinate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Manage discussions around bugs, issues, and technical fixes.
